Once the drug testing services have been conducted, refunds will not be granted, unless a proven error has occurred on our part that directly impacts the accuracy or validity of the test results.

Refunds will not be given if the client fails to comply with the testing requirements or fails to provide a sufficient sample for testing purposes.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.

Approved refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the refund amount will be determined based on the services paid for but not rendered.
